Implementation of activities for analysis of business processes of applicable administrative procedures, generation of suggestions for reengineering of administrative procedures, determination of business processes for digitalization of administrative procedures, formation of suggestions for modification of current regulatory legal acts, development of new regulatory legal acts in the field of performance of administrative procedures
DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
Formation of the process strategy for creation of IT solutions, analysis of design documents establishing requirements for solutions under development (functional technical requirements, bidding documents, terms of reference, etc.), preparation of materials containing text and graphic description of architecture of the solution, business architecture and data architecture, as well as complete support of development of IT solutions
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Formation and support of projects, products and services to be implemented by the Agency, including own investment projects and custom developments, conclusion of contracts and communication with partners and customers
