Reengineering

Reengineering of business processes for performance of administrative procedures is modification of the procedure for performance of administrative procedures and determination of the best methods of their execution considering reduction of financial, time and labor costs in order to improve the quality of services rendered.

Tasks of the Agency with regard to reduction of the administrative burden and digitalization of administrative procedures

Complex analysis and preparation of proposals:

o for reducing administrative burden on economic entities and citizens by simplification of administrative procedures and reduction of their quantity
o for reduction of the terms of performance of administrative procedures and issue of permitting documents
on development of draft legal acts related to performance of administrative procedures

Involvement in activities aimed at digitalization of administrative procedures

Creation and maintaining of registers of metadata, electronic services and normative references

Contractual design, creation, operation, modernization and development of information resources (systems) and platforms intended for administrative procedures

Purpose: reduction of administrative burden on business and citizens
